What it Is

The Energy Savings agreement is a yearly perk we offer our customers to save them some money and give them priority service. It's our way of saying "thank you" to our loyal customers by offering them an affordable yearly maintenance plan with priority service.

What it Costs

Energy Savings Agreement only costs $15.75 a month! If you have a premium filter we can spread that cost over 12 months.

What Air Conditioner Maintenance Includes

Inside the Home:

  • Check thermostat and system operation
  • Level and calibrate thermostat (if needed)
  • Check and clean filters
  • Inspect float safety switch
  • Check all duct connections for air leakage
  • Inspect blower motor and bearings
  • Monitor fan motor and bearings
  • Inspect fan motor for operating temperature
  • Tighten all electrical connections
  • Check air flow at each vent
  • Inspect electrical heater for proper operation
  • Check blower capacitor for proper power output
  • Inspect all wiring and connections
  • Inspect and all test system transformers, relays, contractors and controls
  • Check and adjust blower speed
  • Treat drain
  • Surface clean the indoor coil
  • Clean the drain line and condensate line

Outside the Home:

  • Open outdoor unit and remove all debris
  • Adjust or tie back any wiring or tubing to prevent damage from vibration
  • Check condensate drain line
  • Inspect fan motor and bearings
  • Check all electrical connections
  • Inspect contact (points) for wear and tear
  • Check all circuit boards for burn marks or corrosion
  • Inspect all motor running amps
  • Check all proper voltages
  • Inspect compressor starting amps
  • Monitor fan motor and compressor for operating temperatures
  • Check system operation in both heating and cooling
  • Inspect run and start capacitor for proper power output
  • Check all refrigerant components for possible leaks all pipe insulation at outdoor units
  • Inspect and adjust freon pressures (up to 1 lb)
  • Test defrost timers and operation
  • Lubricate motor and fan bearings as well as other parts as needed
  • Level condenser for proper motor and bearing wear
